Refund policy

Our return policy is only valid for a period of 15 days from the date of original purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions listed below have been met. Unfortunately, outside of this 15-day time frame, we are unable to provide you with a refund.

Requirements:

  • Product is defective
  • Product has been unopened
  • Product is unused
  • Product is in original packaging
  • Product must not be damaged

 In order to make sure the above requirements have been met, all returns will be inspected. If any of the requirements do not meet, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

 

Proof of Purchase

In order to complete a refund, a receipt is required OR proof of purchase. Please note that without this proof of purchase, we are unable to provide a refund.

 

Shipping the returned order

Prior to shipping the order back, please ensure to contact us at logan@skyyathletics.com. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs for the items you wish to return OR you may schedule a time with us if you are a local customer. Please make sure your items are properly packaged so they are not damaged during the transit periods. If the product is found further damaged or used beyond reasonable inspection, we may not be able to provide a refund.
